All clearance items are final, no refunds, or exchanges. All other merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unused, unworn, and must have original packing and sales receipt. Items not meeting the above criteria will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense.

To return an item for any reason: You must contact us by e-mail for a return authorization or call us at 954-658-9060. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Return the item with the original packing slip and the Return Authorization Number which we will supply you. We cannot guarantee that we can credit you the purchase price if you do not receive a Return Authorization number. Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted.

If packages are returned to us for any reason except for shipping mistakes on our part or with our express consent, you will be charged for both inbound and outbound shipping. You are responsible for original shipping on returned for refund, except for when we have made an error. You are responsible for return shipping for exchange.

Refused Packages: Refused shipments will still be charged actual outbound shipping charges and any costs incurred by Skating411 for return shipment. Refused items, except with our express written authorization, are subject to 20% restock charge.
